GO Delivery Offshore is provided by Groceries Order (GO) Delivery Service N.V., registered at Gabriestraat 5, Paramaribo, Suriname, under Chamber of Commerce dossier number 95592.
The app is used by employers in the offshore sector. Your employer determines which data about you is recorded and why. GO Delivery Service N.V. processes that data on their instructions. A medical fitness certificate is health data and receives extra protection. We record only its type, issue date and expiry date so the planner can see whether you may board. We do not record medical findings, diagnoses or examination results.
If you enable biometric unlocking, the check happens entirely on your device. Your face or fingerprint never leaves the device and is never sent to us. We only receive the answer: unlocked or not.
The app is built to work at sea without a connection. Registrations, statements and documents are therefore stored on your device so you can open them offline. That local copy is removed when you sign out, and when you delete the app.
Data is stored on servers in Germany, within the European Union. Push notifications pass through Apple and Google servers, which may be located outside the EU. Those messages contain a title and a short line of text, never amounts or medical data.

Payroll records are subject to statutory retention periods and cannot be deleted on request while those periods run. We will always tell you which data that concerns.
Your log in the app already shows who viewed your data and when, so you can check this yourself at any time.
Request deletion of your account via your employer or by emailing privacy@godelivery.sr. We remove your account and personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. Deleting the app removes the local copy on your device immediately.
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. Access is protected by a personal PIN and mandatory two-factor authentication. Data on your device is stored in the operating system's protected storage. Every access to your data is logged and that log cannot be edited afterwards.
The app is intended for offshore workers and is not directed at anyone under 16.
If this policy changes materially we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
